The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is excited to announce that the highly anticipated STK restaurant will open its door to guests.

 

STK is a vibrant American steakhouse that is already based in London, Milan, Dubai, New York City, Miami and Los Angeles among others. The restaurant makes it undoubtedly clear “that this is not your daddy’s steakhouse”. The restaurant sits on the 23rd floor of the The Ritz-Carlton, Doha and features chic interiors, a vibrant atmosphere and a menu derived from the highest quality ingredients and creative flair.

 

Guests are treated to dishes created by the award winning Executive Chef, Cesar de Leon Torres, who is originally from Uruguay and brings his 18 years of culinary experience from Latin America, Europe, the United States and Bahrain to Doha. As a meat connoisseur, Chef Cesar takes deep pride in creating dishes which are both delicious and creative. 

 

STK Doha offers its guests 13 exquisite cuts of quality steak, including Japanese Wagu “Hyda” beef, plus 8 distinctive steak toppings from organic hen’s egg to bacon and blue cheese. Along with the steaks, STK Doha will serve a variety of diverse dishes, appetizers and drinks. The restaurant provides ample options for those looking to indulge in a delicious steak, those who are vegetarians or those seeking non-beef options such as hamour, lobster or a fabulous duck breast served with simmered cotton candy. While guests dine, they will have gorgeous views of the Arabian Sea accompanied by music care of a live DJ.

 

The environment of STK Doha is that of an exclusive dinner party. Resident DJ, Lance Theron, joins STK from Cape Town, South Africa. Theron’s music is known to create a lively atmosphere and is sure to please guests every evening. The DJ is known to be versatile and change his music according to audience and the vibe. Theron has been DJing for 15 years and is known for his high energy and charisma.
