The restaurant has just launched an exciting new seafood concept under the guidance of three-Michelin starred chef Yannick Alléno, the chef charged with curating the entire culinary offering at One&Only The Palm. Taking inspiration from the renowned artist Damien Hirst’s exhibition Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable, every aspect – from the intricately designed ‘fish scale’ tableware to an elevated menu of the finest seafood – celebrates the restaurant’s ocean-side location. Adjacent to the resort’s private marina, the overwater terrace boasts panoramic views and is the spot to watch the sun set behind the city’s glittering skyline. Accessible by yacht or jetty from One&Only The Palm, the ultra-chic lounge opens out to sprawling overwater seating.
